AI Agent
Installation
- To begin, install and activate the Hub AI Agent Plugin from your packages manually.
- Next, navigate to WP Dashboard > Hub AI Agent
- Next, navigato to Hub AI BlogPilot > Settings > API Keys. And fill the fields.
- OpenAI API Key: Add the OpenAI API Key to generate texts. You can claim your API key here.
- OpenAI Model: Choose the OpenAI model and enhance its features.
- Ably API Key: The Ably API Key is an optional feature. If you choose to enable the human agent option and live chat functionality between the customer and support, it is recommended to add the Ably API Key. You can claim your API key here.
Create New Agent
Navigato to Hub AI BlogPilot > Dashboard > Add New Agent.

Please select the type of agent: Conversational, Support, or Sales Assistant.
- Conversational: This type represents the classic chatbot assistant.
- Support: This type is designed to provide support as a chatbot assistant.
- Sales Assistant: This position serves as a sales assistant and requires integration with WooCommerce. The WooCommerce Rest API is essential, and you can obtain your keys by following these steps: https://developer.woocommerce.com/docs/apis/rest-api/

If it is possible to allow users to contact real human support, please enable the instruction type AI & Human Agent. If an AI is not required, simply select the Human Agent option.

The agent offers two types of bubbles: Plain and Card. You can choose according to your preference.

It is possible to customize the agent styles in the customization tab according to your preferences.

One can train the agent using a website URL, PDF file, plain text, and Q&A. The agent will then respond accordingly with the trained data. This is not required.

Subsequently, save the chatbot and return to the Settings. Activate the agent and integrate the Agent into your website.
