Liquid Portal - My new license is not showing in my account
Is your newly purchased license not appearing in your account?
Follow the steps below to add your new license to your Liquid Portal account.
- Firstly, make sure you have purchased your new license from the same Envato account. If you purchased through a different Envato account, you must create a new Liquid Portal account and connect it to your other Envato account.
- Login to your existing Liquid Portal account here: https://portal.liquid-themes.com/login
Click the Re-sync with Envato button on your Dashboard.
- That is all! You should now see your newly purchased license on your dashboard.
If your license is still not showing in your account, please create a ticket through our support portal to get help.
