Liquid Portal - My license is not showing in my account

This issue often happens to users with multiple Envato accounts. The cause of the problem is that you may have connected your wrong Envato account to your Liquid Portal account.

If the Envato account you have connected to your Liquid Portal account does not have a license for our themes, no license will appear.

Solutions:

Solution #1: Create a ticket to reset your account's Envato connection through our support portal. So you can connect your correct Envato account to Liquid Portal.

Solution #2: Create a new account on Liquid Portal and connect your correct Envato account to it.


Is your newly purchased license not appearing in your account?

Follow the steps below to add your new license to your Liquid Portal account.

  1. Firstly, make sure you have purchased your new license from the same Envato account. If you purchased through a different Envato account, you must create a new Liquid Portal account and connect it to your other Envato account.
  2. Login to your existing Liquid Portal account here: https://portal.liquid-themes.com/login
  3. Click the Re-sync with Envato button on your Dashboard.


  4. That is all! You should now see your newly purchased license on your dashboard.
