Go to Liquid > Theme Options > Blog > Category Page to edit the global settings for the category pages.

Blog Category Page Title: Display the blog category page title.

Style: Select content type for your grid.

Meta: Manage the meta for posts.

Meta-Type: Manage the meta type for posts

Default Blog Excerpt Length

Parallax: Manage parallax for post thumbnail.

These options are also available for the tag and author pages separately.
