HUB - I can't edit my header / footer / page / post / portfolio

Go to WPBakery options > Role Manager & enable WPBakery Page Builder for all.

If this doesn't sort out the problem, deactivate all the plugins except Hub, Hub Core, Redux, and WPBakery to see whether a plugin conflicts.
